poor quality ,and bad design.screws would get loose easily because that is not a real natural wood ,but compact recycled saw dust.instruction to assembly is not easy to follow

The item was not properly packaged for delivery. Pieces shifted during transport and most pieces were dented at the corners. At the time the item was received, the damage did not seem bad enough to return the product. Now, a month after purchase the product is falling apart because of the dented corners. Laminate is chipping off the product and the exposed pressboard is flaking out. I would like to return this product for a full refund, but I do not feel I should have to pay for the return shipping since this product was doomed from the start, either because of its poor quality, or because of poor shipping.

Purchased this bed for a little over $300. It is our 1st platform bed. Assembly took longer than instructions indicated. That was because I did it alone not with help. The bed is comfortable and solid. The drawers open slowly because bed is on a carpeted floor. For the price this bed is a good buy.
